We have a FREE pick-up of orders from our Teamwear showroom in Rosyth, Fife. We aim to ship all available stock orders without personalisation within 24 hours of sending you an order acknowledgement. You will be informed if we are unable to complete your order for any reason. This will take longer if there’s kit personalisation to be done or out of stock garments. Personalised merchandise or kit may take up to 10 to 14 days from order depending on stock levels.
All orders require a signature; our courier will make three attempts to deliver your goods. If you are not available to sign for the order and the goods are returned to us, you will be recharged for another delivery and any costs of the delivery company associated with the return of your parcel. Please note that on the day of delivery you will receive an email from our courier to inform you of the hour time-slot of when the delivery will be made.
The Soccer Shop Ltd. are a discount supplier of team wear and related products. We sell in bulk volumes to sports clubs, schools, universities, businesses, etc. and therefore are unable to subsidise our delivery charges due to the large discounts applied to the products we sell.
Online orders Delivery Fee: £4.95 Inc vat to a UK Mainland address. For all customers with a delivery address outside the UK mainland, there will be a different shipping cost to your address. We shall inform you of the delivery cost by email when processing your order acknowledgement.

On receipt, we will supply you with a return reference number. Please ensure to enclose a copy of the returns form and reference number with any goods returned. We are unable to process any returns without this reference number. Bespoke garments, such as those containing embroidered badges and logos, or printed vinyl are non-returnable/refundable.
If returning goods by post, please ensure to use a tracked/signed for delivery method, we are unable to credit any goods that may have been lost in the post. All returns should be returned to the below address:

All freight/postage costs are payable by the customer in the first instance, The Soccer Shop Ltd. will only be liable for any such costs if the returned goods are deemed to be faulty or incorrect. Garments must be returned in their original condition, folded with all labels, tags and bags intact. Authorised returns, which are the result of customer error will be subject to a 10% admin and restocking fee. Any returns, which arrive back without bags/labels/ tags, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a 20% admin and restocking fee. Embellished returns will not be accepted.
